Please stay healthy this flu season and makes sure everyone gets vaccinated. It is especially important for those who are 6- 9 months old, and 50 years or older to get vaccinated on a yearly basis. According to the Center for Disease Control, people who have a severe allergy to chicken eggs, severe reaction to an influenza vaccination, moderate-to-severe illness with a fever, and children younger than 6 months of age should not get vaccinated.

1 in 10 Asian Americans will be positive for Hepatitis B Virus ( HBV). The hepatitis B vaccine provides an easy and effective method for preventing HBV infection and its deadly implications of liver cancer and liver failure. Hepatitis B can be both an acute and chronic infection, and is transmitted through contaminated blood.
